Madeira Festival 2026

FLM Security were honoured to support the very first Madeira Festival. It was a privilege to play a small part in such a fantastic community event and see so many people come together over the weekend.

A huge thank you to the organisers for putting together such a well run event. It was clear how much hard work went into making the festival a success, and we’re proud to have been trusted to support it.

Our role was to help ensure the event ran safely, smoothly and professionally, adapting to whatever the weekend brought while making every visitor feel welcome and every organiser feel supported. Security should give people confidence, not take away from their experience, and that’s exactly what our team set out to achieve.

Finally, a massive thank you to every member of the FLM team. Your professionalism, teamwork and positive attitude throughout the weekend didn’t go unnoticed. The feedback received has been exceptional, and every one of you played your part.

Congratulations once again to everyone involved in delivering the first Madeira Festival. We look forward to supporting many more in the future. by @flmsecurity

THE FUTURE OF SECURITY.

For us, security has never been about simply putting someone on a door.

Every venue has its own identity, its own clientele and its own experience it wants people to remember. Our job is to understand that and adapt our service around it, while never compromising on safety or professionalism.

We want to build with our venues, grow together and become part of what makes them successful.

That means protecting the venue, supporting the team, engaging with customers and understanding that every interaction our security team has can impact somebody’s experience.

Our clients should have complete confidence that when they book FLM, the security is taken care of allowing them to focus on delivering the experience they set out to create and getting the very best from their venue.

And with this post, we also want to say a genuine thank you to @sonnys_riverside

Yesterday marked their final day, and we’re incredibly grateful to have been trusted to provide their security and become part of the venue along the way. To the management, staff and everyone we’ve worked alongside, thank you for welcoming FLM and trusting our team.
We adapt. We protect. We grow together.

Safety starts before you even reach the entrance.

At FLM Security, we understand that a well managed event goes beyond what happens inside the venue.

From managing vehicle movements and assisting visitors to maintaining safe access routes, every role plays an important part in the overall operation.

Our teams work alongside organisers to keep things running smoothly, allowing them to focus on delivering the best possible experience for their guests.

Whether it’s security, stewarding or a combination of both, we adapt our deployment to the needs of each event.

Professionalism, communication and attention to detail. That’s the standard we’re building at FLM.

Protecting what matters most.

Another successful community event supported by FLM Security.

For events within education settings, security is about far more than simply having a presence on site. It’s about creating a safe and welcoming environment for students, families, staff and visitors, while working closely with organisers to ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible.

From managing access and monitoring key areas to maintaining a visible and approachable presence throughout the event, our team adapts to the environment and the people within it.

A fantastic day and another opportunity for FLM Security to demonstrate the standard we continue to build across every deployment.

Professional. Approachable. Adaptable.
