from 1984.
the first is a drawing - oil pastel - in the room of a friend I shared a house with, well became my friend I suppose (still friends)! Then I drew the amaryllis everyday, pastel, pencil, coloured pencil, gouache...probably water colour. Most of the are lost. There is a coloured pencil version.

Why don't I do drawing now like I used to? a loose oil pastel drawing of an Amaryllis with 3 buds and a yucca plant with some sort of blue poster in the background. very colourful and loose by @flofflach

Wet in June
such wetness now subsiding in the air but the grasses and plants still fall full of wet droplets. chaffinch song tumbles as if a Jacob's ladder.

#grass #haiku #poeticprose #prosehaiku #waterdroplets close up of very fine grass covered in tiny water droplets. pale beige sort of colour, with silver droplets, some droplets are out of focus and just white dots by @flofflach
