If you don’t like it, fix it. If you can’t fix it, change it. If you can’t change it, find a way. If there is no way, make one. Stop waiting for someone to save you—no one is coming. Your excuses won’t change your life. Your actions will. Own it. Execute. 💯

$In August 2024, while navigating the Jungle Course in Hawaii, I fell and tore my right triceps. An MRI in October confirmed a partial tear that required surgery, which I had in December. From January through March 2025, inactivity became my new normal. Over time, I didn't just lose motivation; I lost the desire, the drive, and the passion for working out. Not because I stopped caring, but because the prolonged period of inactivity became my new routine. At least, that’s what I assumed. But it wasn't a matter of 'I don't feel like working out.' It was deeper. That injury fractured more than just my triceps; it fractured my sense of self. The thing I once pursued and loved no longer stirred any emotion in me. The injury’s impact on my identity was profound. The fracture rippled across every aspect of H2F, weakening my mental resilience and optimism, wavering my spiritual grounding, and disrupting my sleep patterns. A MOMENT OF CLEARITY……😔Yesterday morning, I woke up as a 46-year-old man, not by my own will or strength, but because God allowed me to. However, my day didn’t start well. I found myself crying uncontrollably for about an hour and a half, maybe even two hours. The truth is, self-care begins with self-reflection and acknowledging that there is a problem. I didn’t realize until that morning that my problem is a deep-seated fear: I am afraid I will never return to the condition or state I was in before my surgery. Watching videos recorded about three weeks ago triggered this breakdown. I recognize that I need help, but not the kind of help you might think. I need physical, hands-on support—intentional and deliberate guidance to push me to do what needs to be done. I simply can’t do it alone. It’s a difficult realization to accept. by @flonatics

Wow, since I decided to abandon competing in PNBA, OCB, or any natural bodybuilding organizations and fully commit to the NPC, I never imagined I’d get to compete in all-natural bodybuilding competitions until now. The @benweidernaturals is relatively new, and I’ve heard about a few natural PRO/AM shows, but I’ve never had the chance to compete in one because of work commitments. However, this weekend marks my final show of the year but also my first IFBB Natural show as an IFBB Pro member. I’m incredibly excited and pumped, both literally and figuratively. I would be thrilled to win the competition, but we’ll have to wait and see. I wish all the competitors a successful peak week, safe travels, and the best of luck. May the best physique emerge as the victor and take home the grand prize winner.
