Now that our summer runs are over. I just wanna look back and say THANK YOU JESUS!! We started in Gallup, NM where cheddar worked amazing. He made 2 consistent clean runs qualifying back to short go. Then we headed up to Shawnee, OK where cheddar and hottie worked incredibly. Cheddar made 2 picture perfect runs in some sketchy ground. His try and love for what he does makes it all worth it. Hottie decided to come back this year with redemption. She made 2 clean consistent runs and coming back to the short go 5th high call. She ran her fastest time of the week in the short go and ended up 4th over all cashing in $1700. Thank you to everyone making my dreams a reality. Keeping my horses sound and happy and keeping me sharp! #horseswim #republicoftexasequinemedicalcenter @kimmiby @maryharper523 by @flora_harper5

So proud of my team this week at the Patriot. Hottie had such beautiful runs in the poles and hit a pole in the semis to make it to finals on Sunday. Cheddar worked amazing also qualifying us for open short go on Saturday. Everyone wasn’t at their peak but still worked so good. Grateful to everyone who helps me get up and down the road. @maryharper523 @republicoftexasequine by @flora_harper5

all in all we had a pretty good weekend! first day cheddar ran a 15.5 with ground trouble to place 2nd in youth and 3rd in open then a 15.6 the next day with a couple stumbles! that placed us 2nd in youth and 2nd in open for the day. Both runs placed us good in average for some good money!

I got to take the old lady vision for a spin and made good runs! The first day she was a 15.8 but hit 2 coming out because of jockey mistakes! then day 2 she ran a 15.7 and i couldn’t be happier! the main goal of running her was to calm her down in alley and she did just that! She also won some money!

Sweet hottie girl worked her butt of as always! she ran a 20.1 in the poles to win the open and youth! She had some ground trouble around 6 but made it work! she brought home good money and 2 buckles.

I’m glad we had great runs to get ready for high school rodeo this month!

Thanks to the best support system! James Driscoll, John Landrum, Amanda Landrum Penn, Rebecca Hendrix, Kela Leigh and Mary Moore Harper! could not do it without any of yall! by @flora_harper5

IFYR 2025 was one for the books! 💝Both of my horses worked incredible! I could never ask for a better team! Hottie girl took me to paint world finals and won the poles to get the world champion title! She then came to shawnee and ran a 20.4 to win our perf and set us up amazing in average! In the second go, Mrs. consistent ran a 20.4 again getting us 8th in average getting us to short go where we unfortunately knocked a pole. i can never be mad at her, she worked so good and we’ve only been together a month! Cheddar worked amazing too! We went into the first go and ran a 16.8 but knocked! in our 2nd go we ran a 16.3! it’s been so many ups and downs with this horse but i feel so good knowing we’re finally getting our rhythm! I could not do anything in this sport without my support system keeping me going! Thank you to @turnnburn93 @atxcowboyhairstylist and brooks for always awnsering the phone with all my questions and needed pep talks! thank you to my mom @maryharper523 for dedicating her whole life and taking weeks and weeks off work to haul up and down the highway with us! Also thank you to our amazing vets and farriers keeping my horses on there A game! taken in Shawnee, Oklahoma by @flora_harper5
