The road to “Herstory”. It all started with an idea: to find new women role models to inspire our youth. I wanted to highlight women. Globally. I searched for their stories, wrote about their journeys, and teamed up with magnificent collaborators to bring each song to life.

“Herstory”grew into an album with a purpose and an educational curriculum that teaches little minds.

Today that road has led to a GRAMMY® nomination. I am so grateful. The path now is to share these stories with even more hearts. Let’s make HERstory

Going to the Children’s Music Network Conference @childrensmusicnetwork this weekend?

I’m so excited to be there and to lead a workshop I’ve been having WAY too much fun putting together:

RHYTHM IN THE CHAOS: Mastering Classroom Management for Children’s Musicians

If you’ve ever found yourself in front of a room full of energetic kids thinking, “How am I supposed to keep this under control AND keep the music going?!” …this one is for you.

I’ve spent 20 years teaching and performing for children, and I’m excited to share some of the things I’ve learned along the way with other musicians who know that sometimes the hardest part of a children’s show… is the children 😂

I can’t wait to learn, sing, connect, and make music with this incredible community!

And if you’re not a member of Children’s Music Network yet, it’s never too late to become part of this community and enjoy all the resources, connections, learning, and support it has to offer.

See you there! 🎶

5 things I didn’t expect about playing Lollapalooza…

1: The artist transportation is REAL 😂 and I loved it!

2: You can literally see some of the biggest artists in the world walking around

3: The artist wristband makes you feel VERY important for approximately 4 minutes 😂

4: Walking onto a Lollapalooza stage is WAY more surreal than I imagined

5: Watching your kid experience it with you hits different. ❤️ #lollapalooza #lolla2026 #livemusic #musicianlife #grammynominee by @florbromley

I’ve spent years making music for families. Years writing songs, recording, rehearsing, driving to gigs, pitching festivals, sending emails, showing up…

And then suddenly you’re standing on a Lollapalooza stage. And you look over and your band is behind you. And your friends are there. And your daughter is being a part of this.

And you realize…

Oh. We actually did it.

So grateful for every person who helped make this happen and for the chance to bring our music to such an iconic festival. @laurenfgardiner_ @lollapalooza @kidzapalooza

Lolla, thank you for the memories. 🌟🎶

We ate amazing food, explored a new city, danced at Pickathon, discovered new artists, spent time with friends, and made memories I never want to forget.

What an unforgettable day at Wolf Trap Children’s Theatre in the Woods! 💛✨

A huge thank you to Wolf Trap @wolf_trap @wolftrapeducation for inviting us to share music, stories, and joy with so many wonderful families. It was an honor to perform in such a beautiful place where creativity and nature come together.

Here’s a little glimpse of our journey, from hitting the road to sharing songs, dancing, and celebrating with all of you. Loved performing with @bertamorenojazz and Ayanna! Moments like these remind us why we do what we do.

Thank you to everyone who sang, danced, and made memories with us. We can’t wait to come back! 🎶🌎❤️
