What started as an idea became a room full of connection. 🤍

Last Friday, we brought together Pilates, matcha, healthy treats, and community for the very first Wellness Social.

Seeing people meet new friends, exchange contact information, and ask when the next event would be made every moment of planning worth it.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and to the incredible partners who helped bring this experience to life. ✨

This is only the beginning.

✨✨✨

2 years apart 🤍

Yes, my body has changed, but what changed the most is how I feel.

More energy. Lighter. Stronger. And most importantly, so much better in my body.

My training has evolved, but the biggest change came from my nutrition. I wasn’t eating in a way that supported my activity level, and it made a huge difference in how I felt.

It taught me that there’s no “one size fits all” when it comes to nutrition. ✨

I’m finishing my nutrition coaching certification soon and I can’t wait to help you find an approach that’s adapted to your body, your activity and your goals. 🫶🏼
