Lately, my running PRs have been all about numbers: time, pace, even heart-rate zones.

And the more I run, the more I realize:
No matter how fast I run, I still can’t outrun time.

Kalau belum waktunya finish, ya belum.
Kalau di tengah jalan capek, ya berhenti.
I know my limits.

Nggak apa-apa kalau hari ini belum bisa.
I’ll try again another day.

Some things you chase, some things you let go.
And some things just need time.

So I’ll keep running.
At my pace.
With my life.

I don’t need everything to go exactly the way I want.
I just need to keep moving, keep trying, and keep going.

Ini konser beneran forever young, forever fun.
Secara da 30 tahun ya tentunya mereka menemani dari jaman sekolah. Dari kisah sedih pun berasa komedi.

Di konser ini 3 jam yaa ketawa, ya terharu, lompat lompat lagi, ketawa lagi, lompat lagi.

Sehat sehat yaa kita semuaaaa.
Ingat untuk hidup: sehat,aman, nyaman, tentram, tenang, qanaah, bahagia,masa pensiun makin dekat jadi jangan jahat.

My first run beyond 10K... all the way to 13K.

The plan was 100 minutes.
I stayed a little longer... and reached 13K.

Sometimes the biggest wins come from taking just a few more steps than you thought you could.
