A LOVE LETTER TO RHUBARB 🤍

There is so much beauty to be had In the midst of winter in our neighbourhood bakery.
The oven is full of warm pink shades of seasonal forced rhubarb to fill your custardy, buttery croissants.
The coffee is brewing and the jam is jamming…

FAMILIA 🤍

No headlines, no fanfare, just us trying to create something meaningful, a place to connect and feel at home simply because it matters to me.

I try to spend my days doing the things that come naturally to me, baking and growing;
Both rooted in my childhood.
In the new year I hope to connect them both more.

ROMANTIC RHUBARB 🤍

Grown in the dark and harvested by candle light, what could be more romantic than bunches of natures magic? 🧚

We will have buckets full of neon Pink hand tied bunches of Yorkshire Rhubarb for sale and our pink rhubarb pastries in our little corner bakery this week ♥️
