BOO! 👻 Did we scare you?

Probably not. These little guys are considerably more cute than terrifying.

Our vanilla bean Boo Meringues are crisp and crackly on the outside, soft and marshmallowy-chewy in the middle, with just enough chocolate to give each one its own slightly concerned little face.

Spent some time getting the patio ready for fall 🍂 Planted mums and ornamental kale, cleaned things up a bit, and I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.

I love changing the garden with the seasons — even if it usually involves more dirt and hauling things around than I anticipate. 😂

Our “PB” & J Paris-Brest 🍇🥜

A choux pastry wheel filled with silky hazelnut praliné cream, zippy Concord grape jam made with Mick Klug Farm grapes, and crunchy toasted hazelnuts.

The Paris-Brest was created in France in honor of the Paris-to-Brest bicycle race—hence its signature wheel shape. Ours takes a little detour through the Midwest, inspired by that very American classic: PB&J.

Our Salted Honey Pie is rich, deeply caramelized, and just salty enough to keep you coming back for another bite. Buttery crust, silky honey custard, flaky sea salt—and a little reminder that sometimes the simplest ingredients make the best desserts.

Honey, but make it a tart. 🍯

Our Honey Pepita Tart layers toasted pepitas and sesame with honey, all tucked into a crisp buttery tart shell and finished with swirls of tahini buttercream.

Nutty, toasty, floral, a little savory—and just sweet enough. Basically everything we love in a dessert.

And since September is National Honey Month, we can’t think of a better excuse to celebrate. 🐝🍯
