You just finished your plate.

Now you're wondering if you ate enough.

Hard to tell.

So you go for a second one.

Twenty minutes later — heavy. Sluggish. A little too much.

Most people live in this loop their whole life. Never too sure.

Always slightly off.

The problem is not willpower.

It is not discipline either.

Your body is already sending you signals.

You just stopped hearing them.

That connection can be rebuilt.

It is a skill like any other. It can be trained.

I put together a free 3-day Gut-Brain Reset.

Three days to start hearing your body again.

🔹Calmed down my mind

🔹Increased my focus

🔹Made me enjoy my meals more.

🔹Increased my energy

🔹Amplified my performance (cycling & exercise)

Your stomach takes roughly 4–5 hours to empty after a meal.

Eating before that just piles more work on top of an already busy system.

I made a 3-day plan to experience this for yourself.

I help people reconnect their brain and gut to improve their decision-making.

Grumpy and impatient.

That's how I could come across in the past when it was time to eat.

Now I stress less about eating than I used to.

Over the last weeks, my concentration, energy, and mood have all improved.

All because I'm more in connection with my body and its needs.

I've put together a 3-Day Gut Brain Reset to help you get there too.

Getting in better shape isn't just about what's on your plate.

How you eat matters just as much.

I almost never buy processed foods. If I want something delicious, I make it myself — tiramisu, cheesecake, hummus, or this almond butter.

But just as important: I eat slowly, with my full attention on my plate or the person I'm with.

That gives my body time to signal when I've had enough.

Because it's easier to avoid surplus calories than to burn them.

To help you put this into practice, I made a 3-Day Gut-Brain Reset.

Saturday mornings are a bit slower.

But I still like to move.

It refreshes my mind.

Some days it's tempting to stay in bed — but then I stay lethargic through the morning.

When I move, I feel awake, energised, hungry for breakfast.
Everything flows more smoothly.

It took me a while to understand what my body needs — now I know way better.

I want to save you that time.

That's why I put together a 3-Day Gut-Brain Reset — it teaches you to understand your body's needs better.

Yes, I put sugar in my breakfast.

But it's mostly oats, dates, nuts, and yoghurt.

That's my breakfast every day.

I eat the same things most days.

Vegetables, bread, and beans fill my lunches and dinners.

And a lot of pasta, since I'm still in Italy.

I eat mostly carbs, and I love it.

It satisfies me and gives me the energy I need,

to work in the farm, hit the gym, and stay active all day.

I still go crazy for ice cream, cake, tiramisu, and cookies.

So I have them too, here and there.

It's all about balance — and balance isn't a fixed number.

Every day is different. So is what your body needs.

Learn to listen to it,

to know how much to eat, and when.

You can lose fat and still eat sugar.

It just takes understanding, not a formula.

That's why I built the 3-Day Gut-Brain Reset.

You don't need avocado, salmon or grass-fed meat to be in the best shape.

Eating the right amount matters more than eating "perfect" foods.

Keep it diverse, keep it simple.

Buy vegetables on discount. Get creative.

Swap in beans for meat sometimes — cheaper, still filling.

Learn to listen to your body. It already tells you what it needs.

That's the sustainable way to more energy, a stronger body, better focus.

1. Prioritize

At the beginning of this challenge I was (hold your beer):
Cycling 5-6 times a week, going to the gym, doing physical work at a farm, and squatting.
Battling through exhaustion constantly makes it hard to enjoy what you're doing.
Slowly, I started doing less.
It made me enjoy more of what I was already doing.
Now, I don't 'have' to squat, I 'get' to squat.

2. You're capable of more than you think.

But you're also capable of tiring yourself to a point where it's no longer enjoyable.
When you do something every day, it becomes your mirror.
On days I took too little rest, squatting was no fun at all.
The more balance in my life, the more enjoyable it becomes.

3. Squatting together is way more fun than alone.

Most days were by myself.
Fortunately, I met some courageous people who wanted to join.
The reason I started this was all about other people.
So I was happy to share it when I could.

4. Life goes on.

After the last squat, there was a moment of joy.
Then life catches up.
What's next? Another challenge? Some days off?
Let's see.

5. Ripple effect.

Over the last 100 days, my life has changed drastically.
I've tried and learned so many things about myself and my body.
That alone was worth doing it.
I'm more disciplined now, in every area of my life.
All thanks to 8 minutes spent the same way, every day.

Ultimately,

I've started understanding my body better and better.

Right now, that means doing less.

This is a period of deep recovery, and I'm enjoying it.

Whatever goal you're chasing, it comes easiest when you understand your body better.

That's why I put together a 3-Day Gut-Brain Reset.

I haven't had close friends in 6 years.

No dudes I'd meet up with regularly.

I've moved every six months, making it hard to build anything deep.

But it's the path I chose, and I'm grateful for it.

I was still lucky enough to have loving, kind people around me wherever I went.

And through all of it, I had something else:

My wonderful mom, dad and two brothers.

And my grandma, love you Ama!

It taught me that family comes first, always.

Mostly, I had a lot of time to work on my relationship with myself.

To a point where I'm mostly at peace with who I am.

I learned to listen to my body. It's healthy, strong, and reliable now.

It took me years of experimenting to get there.

I'd like to save you some of that time.

That's why I put together a 3-Day Gut-Brain Reset.

You do everything 'right'.

Eat clean. Sleep early. Exercise. Make time for people.

But you're still tired.

The program promised more energy.

It's not working.

You're not broken. You're exhausted.

You've gotten so good at coping, you forgot what real energy feels like.

So don't start another program.

Don't jump on the next 30-day challenge.

Cut the superficial stuff. Do nothing.

You'll get tired first — that's not failure, that's recovery.

Enjoy things you used to deny yourself.

Watching something you like isn't wasting time.

Notice yourself relax.

Eat when you're hungry. Not when the clock says so.

Learn to listen to what your body is telling you.

That's how you get your energy back.

I put together a 3-Day Gut-Brain Reset for exactly this.

Simple things can change your life:

1. Get up early.

2. Eat to live, don't live to eat.

3. Share responsibilities with others.

4. Be grateful for what you have.

Being intentional with one thing ripples into everything else.

That's why I put together a 3-Day Gut-Brain Reset.

It helps most when you catch yourself living to eat.

I walked away from everything I knew when I was 19.

On the surface, I looked happy and fine.

On the inside, I had never been so unhappy in my life.

Something had to change.

From one day to the next, I left my whole social circle.

My house, my friends and the fraternity I was a part of.

A radical choice. I lost almost everything that made up my life.

What remained: myself, my real friends and my family, who took me back in no matter what.

Leaving everything behind showed me there is only one person you should really listen to.

Yourself.

I have grown stronger, more resilient and happier than ever before.

Happiness and success come from liking yourself, liking what you do and liking how you do it.

I took that from Maya Angelou, thanks.

Everybody is different. You cannot only rely on others.

You have to learn to trust yourself.

It is the easiest way to reach your goals — getting in shape, starting a business, anything.

As long as you know your body's signals, you will get there.

I put together a 3-Day Gut-Brain Reset to help you practice catching those signals again.
