Meet our Restaurant Manager, Francesco. 💫

Originally from Italy’s Amalfi Coast, Francesco grew up surrounded by a love of good food, warm hospitality and bringing people together around the table.

With over ten years’ experience in hospitality, including time in a Michelin-starred restaurant, Francesco first joined Floritz as Assistant Restaurant Manager before stepping into his current role.

He loves the energy of a busy restaurant, working alongside the team and and helping guests enjoy an evening that feels special.
