CRADLE WORKSHOP

With Flor Listello & Gianfranco

📍 Location: Académie de Cirque de Montréal
📅 October 23–25, 2026

🕒 Schedule:

• Friday, October 23: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday, October 24: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday, October 25: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

💰 Price: $100 CAD per day

🎪 ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Discover the world of Cradle in a workshop focused on technique, timing, trust, and teamwork.

Led by Flor Listello and Gianfranco, this workshop offers an opportunity to explore the fundamentals of the discipline, refine your technique, and develop a deeper understanding of the connection between catcher and flyer.

Through guided training, we will work on body awareness, coordination, precision, and confidence in the air, creating a safe and supportive environment to learn, challenge yourself, and grow as an acrobat.

🤸 WHO CAN JOIN?

• Participants with some previous acrobatic experience.
• Registering as a duo is strongly recommended, as working with a regular partner helps develop trust, timing, and communication.
• A basic understanding of acrobatic movement is preferred.

Whether you want to strengthen your foundations or refine your existing skills, this workshop is an opportunity to train, share, and fly together!

📩 Spaces are limited — get in touch to reserve your spot!

Learn. Trust. Train. Fly.
