This in-betweeny season can be tricky when it comes to dressing, and especially footwear. I’m trying to embrace the warmth and sunshine for as long as it sticks around, whilst still feeling like I’ve made the move into autumnal dressing. @hushpuppiesshoesuk new-season collection is full of great transitional pieces, from zebra-print ballet flats to classic loafers. My favourites are these chocolate-brown ‘Sneakerinas’ for when it’s still warm enough to go sockless, and these stompy buckle biker boots, which add a bit of edge to dresses and will be worn with bare legs for as long as humanly possible, until the weather finally says no - AD by @florriet

Getting to experience 3 nights at @warrenstreet_hotel with my kids and husband in tow this summer was such a treat! It truly offers everything you could want from a NYC base: a delicious restaurant and bar to come home to after exploring the city, a cosy lounge for a martini, epic views of the financial district and a quiet roof terrace. As a fan of the Hamyard in London it felt familiar in its fabulously eclectic and colourful Kit Kemp interiors but equally like a slice of New York listening to the bands that serenaded us while we ate delicious hamburgers and the giant pancakes the we devoured each morning.

Most importantly ( for our current life stage!) it’s one of those hotels that simultaneously offers all the trimmings of a grown-up luxury hotel for whilst being so welcoming to children: with welcome treats on their beds, activity books and not an eyelid batted as they danced their way around the dining room after dinner.

New York minute ✨ featuring a very lovely stay @warrenstreet_hotel ( more on this to come !) , watching the Libertys beat Chicago sky 🏀, iconic views, vintage shopping til we droppped and hellavu lot of bloomers. Never long enough NY 🩷 by @florriet

Mallorca part 2: We spent the first part of our trip revisiting Deia and Soller where we got married 7 years ago ! SO many new good spots since I was last there. Loved @hotelesmoli for a super family friendly hotel that still feels very traditional al Mallorcan and lovely- the private beach was a serious highlight, @hotelcorazon for the coolest interiors and delish food, @caserra71 for equally delish interiors and lots of dreamy bits to buy , @island_ices_mallorca for the best ice cream either wild and wonderful homemade flavours and edible cups and @patikibeach in port de soller for yummiest food while the kids run wild on the beach. And @caspatromarch was comfortingly just the same as ever although we forgot it was cash only so had 42 euro to spend and that was frankly the best exercise in choosing very carefully and savouring every mouthful 🩷 of course without two lil ladies in tow we would have had time for more but we also tried not to let them stop us doing what we wanted to do! What did we miss for next time ? by @florriet

Mallorca part 1 🩷 revisiting all our wedding spots 7 years on was fun ! Don’t think I could have ever imagined as I stood in front of this mega building with all my best people that I’d be back here with these lil monkeys ( dressed as angels ) racing around the place 7 years on taken in Jardines de Alfabia by @florriet
