Red Yellow Shell is out now!!!!!!!!! 🚨🚨🚨

This is the first song I wrote that fit exáctly with my vision for the project. It is POP in capital letters, but it also carries a deeper meaning. The song came about during a session with two amazing girls, @soundslikesoph and @natalieshaymusic , after a conversation about our climate anxiety and the pressure our generation feels to take responsibility for the future. That’s what I hope to achieve with this project: to create music that’s fun, that makes you dance, but that also offers a space to reflect on the world and society we live in. I’m really proud of what this song has become, and I can’t wait for you to hear it.

Aaaah, a small recap from the release show in Remastered Rotterdam. Thank you all for coming out. We started the night with a Q&A and a sneak peek of the upcoming project. Yessss, it’s time for new music!!! Tomorrow at the Node in Stockholm I’ll be celebrating my upcoming release. This place was actually the first place I went to when I just arrived with 2 suitcases in hand, 2 years ago… Not knowing what adventure would await me. So, I’m really excited that I get to play my first show in Stockholm here. Kan inte vänta att se er där!!! 💕

Flo the Duchess is a Dutch pop artist and songwriter with creative roots in Sweden. Inspired by Lady Gaga and Stromae, she blends infectious pop melodies with themes of identity, climate anxiety, technology, and generational change – embracing Stromae’s philosophy of “dancing to your problems.”
Obsessed with global pop anthems from a young age, Flo left the Netherlands, to study at the international program of Musikmakarna. She learned the language and developed her debut project METAMORPHOSIS alongside many Swedish collaborators. On June 24, she returns to Stockholm to celebrate the release of her new single with an intimate evening featuring a Q&A session, exclusive music video previews, and an intimate acoustic performance of her upcoming EP, META.

Dear Garden is a five-piece indie band from Stockholm making music somewhere between melancholy and playfulness. Drawing inspiration from artists like Alvvays, Fleetwood Mac, Fleet Foxes and Lime Cordiale, they blend upbeat arrangements with poetic lyrics and ambient guitars.

Dear Garden writes songs about longing and belonging, but rarely in a straight line. Beneath the sentiment there’s room for curiosity, humour and the occasional bad idea that somehow turned into a good song.

MILA
Indie pop with a subtle electronic edge and conversational, diary-like lyrics: MILA, an emerging artist based in Stockholm revisits the stage at The Node on the 27th of June.

She recently played a Set for Kapsylen Session which aired on their official YouTube Channel and released the first single called “Little Did I Know” of her upcoming second EP, produced by Ian Mark.
With diary-like lyrics and emotional yet modern melodies she draws listeners in through honesty and storytelling while flowing through engaging rhythms.

Ughhh thank you Dancing with an Angel, I learned so much from this track and got to experience so many fun stuff. So, here’s a little recap:

2) The first time playing my debut song on national radio @sebastiaanockhuysen @3FM
