Have you heard the phrase, “comparison is the thief of joy”?
It’s so easy to get caught up in comparing yourself to what you see online. So to stop the comparison track I’m sharing a question I like to use to get curious about what is really going on inside. #mindsetcoaching #therapyalternative #selflove #rochesterny #mentalhealthmatters taken in Rochester, New York by @flourishingmindsetllc

Why should you need a mental health diagnosis or hundreds of dollars to talk to someone? Why does having a team around you have to be prohibitively expensive?

At Flourishing Mindset, we don’t offer therapy, we don’t offer life coaching, we work with our clients with a program called Emotionally Assistive Partnering. We work alongside you on your goals and help you process and manage the struggles of life in 2026.

Wondering what it might be like to have someone on your team? Click the link in our bio to learn more, or simply follow and DM us to set up your first FREE session.

The people who are meant for you won’t see your boundaries as walls. They’ll see them as the blueprint you handed them and they’ll build accordingly. 🤍

So this week, notice where you’re confusing “boundary” with “burden.” You’re allowed to take up space. You’re allowed to ask for what you need.

Where in your life do you need to set a boundary right now? Tell me below. #mindsetcoaching #therapyalternative #flourishingmindset #boundarypractice #lifecoachingtips taken in Rochester, New York by @flourishingmindsetllc
