Almost 3.5 years ago, when I started this side hustle, I was scared of ALL of the same things you are. Plus so much more, but I did it anyway. I knew in my heart there had to be more and that our future deserved more. I came to the conclusion that it’s NOT normal to struggle. So I said YES. And I’m working on changing my future!! Anxiety will come to steal kill and destroy you. But you’re not gonna let it.

I see soooooo many people on my timeline who talk about struggling with anxiety and or depression and I’m currently overcoming it myself too! So I want to share something I’ve learned with you 😍

𝓦𝓸𝓻𝓭𝓼 are sooo powerful. When you say things like “I struggle with __” or “I’m just always going to struggle with this” or “this is just who I am”, you’re magnetizing that. What you think about you speak about. What you speak about you bring about. You magnetize what you magnify.

I’m not saying anxiety isn’t real or that you shouldn’t be on medication if you feel that’s best but I do firmly believe we have the power to control much of it- if we would take access of the control we already posses to control our minds by simply practicing new habits. Put yourself in CONTROL! 👏🏽

Notice I didn’t say I struggle with anxiety. That’s a fixed language. I struggle. Perpetually. This is who I am. It’s accepting I have anxiety. It’s a label. But when I shift and say I’m overcoming it, it’s a present tense meaning I’m currently and continuously overcoming this. Not overcame. I’m overcoming. Present tense. But hopeful. Not in chains or imprisoned to this emotion that doesn’t serve me.

Focus on the little things. And try to pin point what is making you feel anxious. You can overcome these things. You can do anything you set your mind to. Just know that I’m here for you and reach out to me for any reason at all. We all need more love and support in our lives.🤍 (P.s. I’m putting the book I’m reading down in the comments that’s for those that have anxiety.)

At the end of the day anxiety is NOT from the Lord. “For God gave us not a spirit of fearfulness; but of power and love and discipline.“ 2 Timothy 1:7 ✨

You can’t let the opinions & judgements of others hold you back from living the life you want! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I promise you that your biggest regret wouldn’t be that you didn’t chase your dreams, but that you allowed others opinions hold you back.
I get so many people telling me that they want to do the work that I do but they’re fearful of what their friends and family will think. NEWS FLASH: You want to pursue what you want to pursue because you don’t want to live like EVERYONE else.... so WHO CARES what others think of you??! If your ‘posse’ can’t support you, then you should stop and think if they’re really the group of people you want to have in your life.

I hate to break it to you..........But you’re going to fail, 🤷🏽‍♀️ life is going to happen and you’re going to have some haters and naysayers.. EMBRACE it!!! Failure and hard times are what MAKE you!! But you have to decide to grow through it, not just go through it.
Decide to NOT be another statistic of someone who didn’t have the courage to at least TRY!
Be more than just average.
And learn to love & enjoy the journey of lessons and achievements! 🤍🌻

✨ If I can give you any advice that I hope you let sink in….it’s to Take care of YOU! ✨

Yes I’ve lost 40lbs with the help of my amazing products, walks, and waterrrrrrrr, but I’ve changed and grown from the inside out!

I started taking care of me in EVERY way! Mentally, emotionally, and physically. I struggled with finding who I was and I wasn’t taking care of me….at all.

I was broken, depressed, struggling mentally. I was lost. I decided 3 years ago to start a business online that is in line with health and wellness but little did I know that I was about to change for the better allll the way! I do self development DAILY! I go on walks DAILY! I choose to eat healthy and use my products DAILY! Because I want to become the best version of Chandler and for my future fam!

Not to toot my own horn but I’m proud of me and I’ve worked hard to get to where I am. Yes I still have struggles….anxiety tries to take over but I just keep on moving. I Refuse to revert backwards. If I am going to fail…then its for damn sure gonna be forward.

So please stop waiting and putting yourself at the bottom of your list. Take care of you and show up for you EVERY SINGLE DAY! 🤍🤍🤍

New levels bring new devils

Anytime you are working towards something to get to the next level of YOU. The enemy is going to feel like “oh no” I’ve gotta make things harder for them. Don’t let the enemy win. He will ALWAYS be on a mission to steal, kill, and destroy you.

Nothing you’re going after is too big for God. 👏🏽 It will be difficult and you will probably be knocked down a couple times….but get back up every single time. It’s hard because it’s different…it’s out of your comfort zone.

You were made for more 🤍🫶🏽 But you have to make changes and a few investments aka. Sacrifices to get to the version of you…that future you that you want to be. It’s not gonna come without failures but what’s on the other side is gonna be so worth it and better than you ever could have imagined. It’s okay to be afraid…do it afraid.

I don’t know about y’all but I’m ready to be the next level Chandler. I am putting my blinders on and I’m going after what I want and for the things that are going to bring me a victory.

Where do you want to be by the end of the year? This time next year? Are you going to grow closer to God, level up your circle, do more self development, workout, find a therapist, eat healthier, quit the job/ start the job.
Write your goal down….and get after it. Don’t tell yourself that you can’t do anything because can’t means you won’t. YOU CAN. What’s meant for you….will be yours.

God is going to bless you when you ask for it….but you have to put in the work. So girl, get up. You have work to do 🌻

There’s no such thing as a coincidence. Everything happens for a reason...

It’s not an accident, or coincidence, that when I needed something to change the course of my life, a post popped up on my Facebook. A post saying I can make an income from my phone without having to leave my babies. I’ve never looked back once since that day.
