Most businesses don’t look broken from the outside.

But the inside always tells a different story 👀

When I started working with my client in the HR Coaching and Consulting space, things were already moving and money was being made.

But she still had to stay close to everything to make sure it kept moving the way it needed to.

That’s the part I stepped into.

I took ownership of what it actually takes to keep things progressing so it didn’t depend on her being in the middle of it all the time.

So when new opportunities came in, she wasn’t pulled into every detail trying to hold it together.

She was able to stay focused where she was needed and the rest still moved.

She recently secured a multi-figure government contract, and more importantly, she didn’t have to carry everything to get there.
