This was a real pinch-me moment!

Yesterday, I was invited to @bournemouthuni as a guest lecturer to deliver a lecture on Intersectionality and Sport.

I had the privilege of sitting beside the very lecturers who once taught me as an undergraduate, and of educating current students on this subject matter.

I also had the opportunity to share my research on the intersections of Black female swimmers, which student feedback shows was a great success ✨ taken in Bournemouth University by @flow.wellness_

If you were to ask me what purpose looks like, I’d say this … holding space for people to show up authentically as themselves. No judgment! No condemnation! Just being a vessel to receive, pour, connect and provide love to whatever you’re faced with! ❤️

What a privilege it was to facilitate space and build new connections with these amazing women at the @welvlup_ conference! I was truly blessed to be part of such rich conversation on building towards our futures and inspiring a generation! ✨ taken in London, United Kingdom by @flow.wellness_

What a beautiful day this was! 🌸 I had such an amazing time co-hosting and mentoring at the Self-Worth Pamper Day that supported women who have experienced mental health and domestic abuse! A big well done to @maishasumah__ and all the girls who volunteered. Thank you to @morleysuk 💓 by @flow.wellness_
