@DanBrown212 just took the clubhouse lead at The Open smoking 7-8 cigarettes to manage his nerves.

There’s a better way to handle pressure on the course.

we talk about it here. 🎙️⛳ by @flow18quietmind

more in tune. more calm. more intentional. more present.

not chasing anything different.

just less in the way of what’s already there. by @flow18quietmind

This isn’t normal golf content. Barefoot shoes. Microdosing. Recovery protocols. Longevity work. Call it biohacking. Call it weird. I call it finally playing my best golf. Who else is building this way?

Tournament golf is a different animal.
Heartbeat up. Mind loud.
Two drops. Breathe.
Quiet the noise and swing.

Life gets chaotic. Thoughts pile up. Kids, work, the whole circus. Flow 18 is the quiet in the middle of all that noise. It’s where I breathe, see the shot, and actually feel present again by @flow18quietmind

One breath to reset.
One breath to get present.
Everything starts here. by @flow18quietmind

The grind is real: strength work, speed training, mechanics, sequencing, all the ugly reps nobody sees. That’s the battle. But the mind sits right next to all of it, and if you don’t train that part, you’re basically swinging uphill in wet sand.

Flow18 doesn’t fix your golf. It’s not magic. But it gives me something the grind never does — space. Space to breathe, to feel the shot, to actually play instead of overthink every micro-move.

Quiet mind, clean swing. That’s the whole deal. by @flow18quietmind

You can’t perform when your mind won’t give you space.
Quiet mind. Better life
