FLOORWORK × STRENGTH w/ @alexandra.paal

We believe dancers are athletes. We need muscles to become faster, stronger and more in control of our bodies.

So we found a way to combine things we love and need: dance + strength training.

In this class, we’ll work on:
→ floorwork & movement
→ strength & stability
→ body control & coordination
→ mobility and functional strength

All while moving, exploring and having fun — no boring gym workout required. ;)

Recommended for: dancers of all styles and anyone who wants to get stronger through movement.

HIP HOP BASICS × CHOREO w/ @nastya_anderson
• every Wednesday 19:00

Foundation comes first.

Before jumping into choreography, we want to understand the basics — the grooves, steps and movements that make Hip Hop what it is.

In this class, we’ll:
→ learn basic Hip Hop steps & grooves
→ drill, repeat and explore variations
→ put everything together into a short choreography

The goal is not just to learn a combo, but to understand the movement and take it with you.

Recommended for:beginners and dancers who want to build a stronger Hip Hop foundation.

HOUSE BASICS — POP-UP CLASS w/ @alessia_natascha

A special pop-up to step outside your usual style and dive into the foundation of House dance!

In this class, we’ll:
→ learn basic House steps & footwork
→ explore grooves, rhythms and musicality
→ practice the foundations and build confidence
→ put everything together into a short choreography

No previous House experience needed — just come ready to move, learn and explore.

Recommended for: dancers of all styles and anyone curious about House.

WAVING — POP-UP CLASS w/ @kevboogz

A special pop-up to dive into the world of Waving and explore what this technique can bring to your movement.

In this class, we’ll:
→ learn the foundations and principles of Waving
→ explore waves, textures and trans by @flow__era
