Flow & Focus turns 1 🤎🎂

One whole year of building, learning, growing and finding something I genuinely love.

I’m so grateful to every founder who has trusted me with a little piece of their business and allowed me to support what they’ve worked so hard to build.

To every client, past and present, and everyone who has supported me along the way, thank you. It means more than you know.

Here’s to one year, and everything still to come.

The face behind Flow & Focus. 🤍

I’m Danielle, the founder and the person behind the business.

I started Flow & Focus after working as an admin assistant at a physio clinic. I loved the work, but wanted to explore different industries, work for myself and build something of my own.

What I didn’t expect was to find something that felt so right.

I genuinely love working with ambitious, female-led businesses and taking some of the day-to-day stress off their plate. There’s something so rewarding about giving a founder their time back and being someone they know they can rely on.

I’m incredibly proud to have supported businesses across Australia and internationally, and I love the variety that comes with what I do, I’m always learning something new.

Very grateful that this little business has become something I genuinely love. 🤍 by @flowandfocus

Just because you *can* do it all, doesn’t mean you should.

Your time is better spent doing what you do best. The rest? That’s where Flow & Focus comes in.

Consider this your sign to stop wearing every hat. 🤍 by @flowandfocus

A little behind-the-scenes of what’s been keeping me busy (and my tabs open) lately.

A mix of client work, creative projects and a few very necessary additions to the office. 💻🤎 by @flowandfocus

A few lessons learned along the way.

Some easier than others, but all part of building a business I’m incredibly proud of. 🤎 by @flowandfocus

Build the business. Keep the life.

The right support gives you more than time back, it gives you space to actually enjoy what you’ve built. 🤍 by @flowandfocus
