Dear friends, family, clients, and future clients! I am excited and proud to share that I am now officially certified as an Oncology Massage Therapist, ready to offer my services to those currently undergoing cancer treatment.
I earned this certification through Greet the Day Org., an approved provider of the Society of Oncology Massage, the California Board of Registered Nursing, and the National Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. The course and the instructor was outstanding! I highly recommend this course to other massage therapists and estheticians if they want to get into servicing Oncology patients currently in treatment.
This certification holds great personal significance for me. It deepens my understanding of both the short-term and long-term side effects of cancer treatments, enabling me to provide a safe, calming, and supportive space for cancer patients. With my additional Manual Lymphatic Drainage certification, I am committed to offering personalized, healing services with compassion and care for each client

With love and light,
Ayako 💖✨ by @flowandglowla

Not only do I specialize in lymphatic drainage, but my specialty is post operative lymphatic drainage massage.
My client is currently post op 4 months from lipo 360 and she has been coming to me weekly for 8 weeks straight after one week after surgery. We worked on breaking down fibrosis from forming and reduce swelling. Manual lymphatic drainage speeds up healing and recovery after surgery. My client was compliant with wearing her compression garments. Now she comes in bi weekly for maintenance. When you are spending thousands of dollars on plastic surgery you want to make sure to invest in your post operative care for best results. When choosing your therapist make sure they are certified in post operative manual lymphatic drainage. #lymphaticdrainage #lipo #postoplymphaticdrainagemassagelosangeles #southbay #flowandglow #torrance #redondobeach #elsegundo #hermosabeach #manhattanbeach #postop #manuallymphaticdraingage #mld #voddermethod by @flowandglowla

Thank you @voyagelamag for featuring me and my small business as a hidden gem in South Bay under inspiring stories. My purpose for getting into lymphatic drainage massage is deeply personal, rooted in the experiences of both my mother and my best friend, who each battled breast cancer. Some breast cancer patients struggle, particularly with secondary lymphedema, has fueled my passion to help others facing similar challenges. Through lymphatic drainage massage, I aim to provide relief, improve their quality of life, and support their healing process, offering a sense of comfort and care during a difficult journey. I offer discounted pricing for my breast cancer survivor clients. Thank you Voyage LA mag for sharing my story and my purpose. Thank you @day_nabelle for nominating me and my business. 🙏🏼❤️ #smallbusiness #southbay #womanowned #lymphaticdrainage #breastcancer #healing #purpose #flowandglowlosangeles

Hello, and thank you for following my page. 😊 My name is Ayako Lopez. I am a certified massage therapist and MLD therapist by the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. I wanted to give everyone my backstory about my training in Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage.

I had the privilege of training with Camila Perez privately this June. She is one of the pioneers of Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage. She has created her High Definition massage techniques for body and face contour. I am certified for both body and face by Camila Perez. Camila has over 20 years of experience with Lymphatic Drainage. She has accomplished so much in her career, building her empire. She is intelligent and very educated with the Lymphatic system. Her method is very sophisticated yet effective in flushing out toxins and contouring the body simultaneously. I did my research, and I know I learned from the very best in the field. She is so kind and super stunning in person. She was very patient and made sure I understood the techniques correctly. I gained invaluable knowledge and advanced techniques from the method.

I am super excited to invite you to my studio so you can experience The Camila Perez HD massage yourself. You are going to feel fabulous from the inside out. by @flowandglowla

How to increase lymph flow 👇🏼

✨Dry Brushing ✨

Dry brushing benefits include stimulating the lymphatic system, removing dead skin cells, increasing circulation, and reducing cellulite.

✨Deep Abdominal Breathing ✨

It will activate the deep lymphatic system in your stomach and help move the lymphatic fluids throughout your body.

✨Exercise✨

Lymph depends on your muscle movement to move lymphatic fluid and toxins. The more you move your body, the more your muscles contract, which will cause your lymph to flow.

And of course, you can receive a lymphatic drainage massage to increase your overall lymph flow. Flow and glow from the inside out! ✨✨✨ by @flowandglowla

The benefits of taking a bath after a lymphatic massage session 🛀🏽✨

Soaking in a bathtub is a great way to unwind and boosting your lymphatic system. Epsom salt bath after your lymphatic massage session will enhance the therapeutic effects of draining toxins. So go ahead and take that well deserved relaxing bath for self care! Cheers! ✨🫶🏼💓 by @flowandglowla
