I’m tired and I’m burned out, two more reasons why I’m grateful for my hoops! Here’s what I’m practicing. I learned the first combo lock from @hoopelation and it’s her birthday today! 🥳 also huge s/o to @cosmicdoi for helping me trouble shoot so many of these moves!

All hoops featured are from the great and talented ✨@misshoopsalot ✨ by @flowbongo

A lil flow from the annual Owen Family Reunion last weekend! And I won the Halloween costume contest! I always have the absolute best time with my extended family ☺️ everyone is so unique, talented and extremely intelligent and I’m so proud of everyone.

Thank you to my amazing aunt @lindaowen_dal for putting everything together and creating a literal corn maze for all the kids (and adults 🤪) such a fun weekend 🎃 taken in Buck Creek, Kansas by @flowbongo

This is a @shaunanikles appreciation post because this beautiful human is literally one of the best teachers out there. I was supposed to attend her weekend intensive, Silks Take Shape, last month but came down with the flu and was unable to make it. She offered me the online version and I have learned SO MUCH! I’ve had the pleasure of learning from her in person at High Altitude Hoop Retreat 2026 and can confidently say she slays at teaching just as hard online. The woman has an eagle eye and can spot every single detail, not to mention her style is so so unique and beautiful. She has fully ignited a new love for silk fans that I’m honestly not sure I would’ve uncovered without her support. Thank you Shauna! 🙏✨

This one of the harder moves she taught me in the intensive, but it’s so fun!!

Silks are from @thebamboocloset and are a work of art! by @flowbongo

How lucky are we to have some of the most talented local DJs perform for us EVERY @movementmondaykc 💖✨ had to get @dj_acrylik in this shot because they smashed this set and also matched our flag colors!

We only have FOUR more Movement Monday meetups until we pause for a short winter break. But no need to despair! We will be hosting an indoor event twice/month (provided we have enough donations) beginning January 2027! This is a big step for Movement Monday and we are stoked to support our community during the winter slump!! taken in Sunnyside Park by @flowbongo

Lil doubles action at @movementmondaykc ⭕️⭕️ with my hoops from the connection perfection queen @misshoopsalot ✨💖 code “MMKC” gets you a discount at checkout!

There was a time in my hooping journey where I despised doubles. If you can’t tell, that has quickly changed! Literally everything I’m doing in this video, I learned from @taylor_flows and skill share at Movement Monday ✨😊 by @flowbongo

@highaltitudehoopretreat camp bingo!!!
Our HAHR camp trailer with voice over by Jason.

Our camp song lyrics:

In the camp where I was formed
Lived Amy who spoke to me
And she told us of her life
In the land of hoops and dreams
So she got with Madison
And they formed the dream retreat
And we lived beneath the trees
In our hoop de doo retreat
We all live in a hula hoop retreat , a hula hoop retreat , a hula hoop retreat. by @flowbongo
