NEW Prenatal and Mom+Baby Yoga Series with Natalie Jones!

💛 5 Week Series, Every Friday in October!
💛 2:30-3:30pm - Mom + Pre-crawling Babies; 4-5pm - Mom + Mobile Babies; 5:30-6:30pm - Prenatal Yoga
💛 SIGN UP at the link in our bio or right in our App. Requires a standard class credit or membership to attend.

(Re)connect with your body, breath, and a nurturing community during this sacred season of your life. No previous yoga experience necessary.

We gather each week of the series for a 60 minute gentle class that meets you as you are. We will move and breathe to unwind tension, restore balance, nurture self-trust, and gently awaken your strength, while adapting the practice for the ever evolving needs of the bodies and babies in the room.

Pre-crawling babies wakeful, sleeping, feeding, in arms or carrier - all welcome here. Mobile babies can be crawling or cruising - we embrace the glorious chaos and do not expect your baby to stay on the mat with you. Moms, come even (especially?) on your hard days… pajamas welcome <3 by @flowdoulaco

60 minute open-air prenatal yoga class led by @natalie.carla.jones, followed by a patio after party with live music, massages, henna, a flower bouquet bar, photobooth, and more!!
