Today we had the honor of hosting a pasta masterclass led by the ultimate culinary queens—Italian nonnas! 👵✨
They shared their timeless techniques, stories, and soul-warming recipes straight from their kitchens (and hearts). We rolled, shaped, and savored every bite—then gathered around the table to enjoy the fruits of our labor.

📖 Their cherished cookbook came to life in our hands and on our plates.

Today I celebrate 1000 days of clarity, courage, and transformation.

This journey has been more than sobriety—it’s been a homecoming. I’ve rediscovered who I am beneath the noise. I’ve felt deeply again. I’ve fallen in love with myself, with the world, with the quiet moments and the loud laughter. I’ve found calmness where chaos used to live. I’ve found hope where numbness once lingered.

After what felt like a mountain climb (with no trail map, questionable snacks, and a lot of emotional altitude challenges) we made it. This journey has been full of love, patience, understanding and an occasional “are we lost? moment”.
