Chef @dcberan + @annhsing first mentioned this little dream to me nearly 2 years ago when @selinerestaurant opened and we did the first phase of the bathroom installations. Yesterday we brought that dream to life using the most gorgeous fresh product from @oregoncoastalflowers.

Next week, we will complete phase 2— an immersive seasonal foliage installations that changes with Seline’s seasonal menus.

Thank you to Isai at @oregoncoastalflowers for making this possible and effortlessly understanding the assignment /seeing the vision. And endless thanks to my newly minted designers, Ann, Dave and my team for making this beautiful portal into chef’s brain/world.
