Just an overly excited florist sharing a token spring post: I’m only getting excited because the sun is shining and the brides are tweeting - one month until spring, allergy season, and swooping magpies!!!

Moments from the @refinetheworkshop last spring!

I’m not usually drawn to red - I’d probably sell a red Porsche if I won one 👀

But at Campbell Point House, it just works.

I loved the brief from the start, but I didn’t expect to love the finished result quite this much. The depth, the richness, and the way the florals feel completely immersed in the space… this one may have changed my mind a little.

I will note I accept red nails and ALL the red lollies you can think of!!! 💁🏻‍♀️

If you’re deep in your 2027 or 2028 wedding mood board, this one is for you. I’ve spent years capturing weddings for those who want their day to feel full of emotion, alive and deeply personal, documented more so than overly posed. Couples who care about the details: the venue, the light, the atmosphere and feeling of the whole day.

In my opinion the venue sets the tone of your wedding. It’s the starting point from which you then choose your gown and suit, your aesthetic and colours and how your day will run. These are the venues I’ve loved shooting in across Australia.

Currently planning your wedding? Check out my list, part 1. Follow along for part two.

Where glass meets the mountains.

600sqm of floor to ceiling glass, and Mt Macedon rising behind it. I’m so excited to finally share some images from this stunning new venue @aloramacedon.

Lucky to have worked with some of Melbournes best to bring this to life.

We’re seeing this more classic, romantic floral aesthetic appearing more and more in our enquiry inbox lately, and we’re very much here for its return. Timeless flowers, beautiful garden settings and an approach that feels abundant without being overly styled.

Spring is also one of those wonderful seasons where allowing the flowers to lead the design really pays off. Choosing seasonal varieties while they’re at their peak gives us access to flowers at their most beautiful - creating that lovely full, layered look with natural movement, texture and softness.

A little spring abundance, exactly as it should be.
