Meet AURA. Aura’s classes are known for a lot of good energy, and movement that makes you feel something. For me, Pilates is about so much more than just the physical workout - it’s about how you feel in your body, challenging yourself in new ways and finding that sweet spot between feeling strong and having fun. I love bringing my own twist to my classes, mixing things up and creating an experience that feels a little unexpected. I want you to feel seen, supported and challenged, but also to have fun and enjoy the process. My goal is for you to leave the studio feeling energised, stronger and more connected to yourself - with a little extra spark that stays with you long after class. Q&A with Aura: A random fact about me: I’m surprisingly clumsy! You wouldn’t necessarily expect it given my profession, but I’m pretty good at falling over.😂 The most spontaneous thing I’ve ever done: Hmm, I’m not the most spontaneous person in the world, but I once took a last-minute day trip to Barcelona to see a dance performance. My current obsession: Sauerkraut!!! 🥬 My favourite Pilates move - and the I really don’t love: Bird dog variations and push-up variations are my favourites at the moment! And all 90/90 squat variations are a hard no. :P My best life hack? Working out first thing in the morning - such a game changer for saving time! And lying on an acupressure mat in the evening. What I want you to feel after my class: Energised, but also like they’ve given it their all. I always want my clients to feel seen and leave the studio feeling amazing! by @flowhaushelsinki

Meet KAISA. Kaisa’s classes are known for their energetic flow, challenging movements and banger playlists that make you want to push a little harder. With 15 years of dance experience, including eight years of competing, Kaisa found Pilates after her dance journey came to an end. What started as a new way to move quickly became so much more. She fell in love with modern Pilates and its unique combination of strength, control and creativity. Expect dynamic, music-driven classes that challenge your strength and body control while leaving you feeling energised, strong and empowered. Whether you’re looking to push your limits or reconnect with your body, Kaisa’s classes are all about challenging yourself and celebrating what your body can do. Q&A with Kaisa: A random fact about me: Every winter, my inner grandma comes out. I knit sweaters and socks without knowing how to read a single knitting pattern. My mum and sister know that every new project will somehow become their project too! The most spontaneous thing I’ve ever done: I quit my job and left my university studies behind to travel solo to Indonesia and train as a Pilates instructor. My current obsession: Lighting candles and drinking chai lattes. My favourite Pilates move - and the I really don’t love: Love all kinds of plank series that set my abs on fire. Swan Dive not my favorite one! My best life hack? Say yes to things that scare you a little and dare to jump into new experiences. Live in the moment - life is never boring that way! What I want you to feel after my class: Energised, stronger and empowered. I want you to feel comfortable challenging yourself while listening to your body and feeling proud of what you accomplished that day. by @flowhaushelsinki
Welcome to the Glow Haus Workshop on Sunday, November 1st, where holistic skincare meets movement. During the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to discover @vetraskincare alongside the brand’s founder, who will share Vetra’s philosophy, its carefully selected ingredients, and how to support skin longevity by strengthening the skin barrier. We’ll explore the connection between posture and the face: how posture, body alignment, and muscle tension influence facial expression and the way we carry ourselves. The workshop will conclude with a posture-focused Mat session, where you’ll put what you’ve learned into practice through mindful, effective movement. Your workshop experience also includes a curated goodie bag and a special smoothie to enjoy. Come connect, learn, and move with us for a morning dedicated to holistic well-being. Reserve your spot by sending a DM to @flowhaushelsinki 12-13:30 Price 29€ Eiranranta 3 by @flowhaushelsinki

Meet SONJA. Sonja’s classes are known for their modern, contemporary flow, feel-good energy and the perfect balance of challenge and fun. Her Reformer classes combine creative movement with classical Pilates elements, while her Mat classes bring a sculpt-inspired approach with full-body movement set to music. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a regular, Sonja makes sure you feel welcome, supported and challenged at your own level. Q&A with Sonja: A random fact about me: I used to play football (soccer) and was a goalkeeper. The most spontaneous thing I’ve ever done: Hmmm this is a long list but maybe going backpacking in Asia on my own when I was 18. My current obsession: Pandy “candy” and Throne of Glass series books. My favourite Pilates move - and the I really don’t love: Favorite at the moment: Roll Up. Least fav at the moment: Saw… My best life hack? Sounds cliché but learning to rush less and stress less. I think we sometimes spend so much time planning our lives that we forget to actually enjoy ourselves. So yeah letting go a little and taking things as they come makes life feel better in general. What I want you to feel after my class: I want you to leave feeling like you’ve accomplished something, challenged yourself and done something good for both your body and mind, and maybe also learned something new! Hopefully, you feel better than when you walked in, and get to forget about the everyday rush for a little while. by @flowhaushelsinki
