300 Hours on the Island of the Gods

A dream actualized through the guidance of my highest self, my inner child, and the fear that lit a fire within me to pursue my wildest dreams.

Thank you fear, for motivating me to prove you wrong.
Thank you body, for telling me when it’s time to come home.
Thank you spirit, for guiding me into alignment.

It is my deepest honor to move through this life connected to a lineage of teachings that continues to unveil my true nature.

it’s been 4 years since i left everything behind to move to california.

often i think about the version of me that took this wild leap of blind faith. and in how doing so unlocked the most magical years of my life.

there’s a special way my body unfurls in these canyons and rivers. the land is always reminding me that what once felt like a dream became my reality. this place taught me how to believe. now all i see is infinite possibilities.

We will be at Rosebud Coffee for an intimate evening of deep rest, renewal, and reflection through a Reiki-infused sound bath and guided Yoga Nidra meditation.

Space will be held for quiet reflection, nervous system restoration, and gentle community sharing.
