“Safety, authenticity and self-care.” Meet Luke, a paramedic who joined us in September for our Level 1 Breathwork Instructor Training. Here’s a little of what he had to say about his experience. Thinking about becoming a breathwork instructor? Our 2027 training dates are now open, apply today or book your free discovery call. by @flowinstituteaustralia
We love the science of breathwork. Understanding what’s happening in the body, brain and nervous system is a huge part of what we do and teach. But today was a little reminder to myself that not everything needs to be understood, analysed or explained. Sometimes we can get so caught up in understanding how breathwork works that we forget to simply experience it. Because as much as we love the science, it’s the feeling, the connection and those moments that are hard to put into words that made me fall in love with breathwork in the first place. The science and the magic can coexist. And we think that’s a pretty beautiful thing. by @flowinstituteaustralia

Breathwork can be still or moving Breathwork can be silent or loud Breathwork can be emotional or not Breathwork can be painful or peaceful There is no one way a breathwork session should look or feel. by @flowinstituteaustralia
