london 2026!!! ☀️ (and i obviously smiled the entire way around)

The marathon is over and I can’t wait to get back on my Pilates grind - not just with teaching, but with taking class too!

I thank Pilates for keeping my body happy and healthy throughout my training and I genuinely think it’s all those single leg lunges and core exercises that prevented any injuries🔥

£2700 made for @asthmaandlunguk - a massive thank you to all who attended my fundraiser Pilates classes both in person and over zoom!! I couldn’t have done this without you💜
