You were a very interesting man, from working out with @schwarzenegger to announcing Jimmy Hendrix at his shows you were able to do so much. Today marks 8 years since your passing, I miss you often and I love you. Like all children I know I’ve done things that have disappointed you as well as things that have made you very proud. Thank you for teaching me, thank you for guiding me and thank you for being my dad. May you rest peacefully, I love you dad 🙏🏾 by @flownynja

I am an evil man. I am a selfish man. I am a man that hurts people. I am a man that is consumed by darkness, weak in the face of temptation.

I am a good man. I am man that exists for others. I am a man that helps people. I am a man the spreads light. I am a man that has the strength to make decisions for the good of the collective.

I am darkness. I am light. I am evil. I am good. I am a devil and I am an angel. My entire life until now I have felt these two sides of me in a constant battle, a battle within myself that has only caused cloudiness in my vision and division within my soul. This battle within myself has caused immense pain and disruption in not only my life, but the lives of people close to me.

I now realize they are both me. I am the darkness and I am the light. I now know that both are necessary. I now see a new way forward. I am making a commitment to live in alignment with my authentic self. All of the light with all of the darkness. No more suppression, no more hiding, full acceptance of all parts of me. My inner battle will turn to a collaboration and the people around me will no longer become casualties. by @flownynja
