Just a quick trip to the woods as part of some gentle rehab with this little lady. Plenty of snacks (for her) and I was good enough to dismount for the homeward hill. It was a lovely reset for us both. by @flowridersequestrian

These little beauties are freely available again - although they do make us work for them, by choosing their neighbours wisely. What do you know them as and why would you feed them? I did get around to drinking them last year too - and I think one of my clients tried them in a Pimms! That’s classy. by @flowridersequestrian
