Head ink burn or marathon last-mile burn? Only a few can tell. ✍🏻 @worldwidenoza by @flowriiano
When I imagined Anatomy of Carbon, it was simply about connecting the dots. Dots I had experienced over my first four years at @diadora . What we describe as our Proximity Process, guided by what we call the Principles of Italian Innovation. It starts in the Run Valley, the place where Diadora was born and works since 1948. A territory where design, research, manufacturing and athletes exist within a few steps of each other. From there, the idea was to build an imaginary bridge to another extraordinary district: the Motor Valley. Home of Ducati. Two companies that represent a very specific expression of Italian design and innovation, and that for years have shared partnership that recently touched one material: carbon. Carbon became the central element of this activation; not only as a material but as the expression of a shared philosophy. A way of thinking about efficiency, lightness, structure and performance. The project culminated with Race the Gara at Misano World Circuit, the moment where the story met its real purpose: competition. 100 athletes divide in 4 groups based on their time già and lined up on track wearing Gara Carbon 3 - the hero product at the center of this entire project - in what was not just an exhibition, but an official 5 km race certified by World Athletics A project like this can only come to life through collective effort. Anatomy of Carbon became what it was thanks to a cross-functional effort inside Diadora and to the support of partners: @ducaticorse , @misanoworldcircuit , @michelepirro51 , @garage51_ride.drive.feel , @the_solo_house and its collaborators, @mattiabalsamini , @zuekster , @record_studio_ , @fidalemiliaromagna , @worldathletics @kronoservice and @montellorunnersclub . And finally, the energy of the guests we invited — media, retailers and members of our running community @squadradicorsa - who represent the real relationships we have built over the years across Europe and the United States. In the end, this brand only needs a bit of love and genuine relationships to express its potential. The rest is already there. by @flowriiano
I’m gratified but I still can’t smile. If you ask me how it was to face @mdslegendary my feelings are strongly contrasting. It is a mix between a prolonged shock therapy, a military training, a penance, a torture, a vacation as a prisoner.. running 250 km through the desert. Think about a situation that you cannot handle for more than a few minutes and prolong the feeling of uneasiness and discomfort for 9 days and 8 nights. It is an experience that unlocks new levels in your soul and your brain, dehydrates you from every drop of vital energy and makes you fall into an emotional void. A complete reset of your gears. I’m proud of having decided to sign up a year ago, of having trained for months, of having found the mental and physical resources to finish it. But don’t ask me if I would do it again. 📷 @bertolazzigiulia by @flowriiano

Having the chance to spend time with @simeonbirnbaum and @marcolangon , two of the most exciting young talents in American middle-distance running, in Montebelluna over the past few weeks has been special. One of the best parts of working with athletes is getting to know them beyond running. That personal connection matters to us at @diadora . by @flowriiano

Monza, 1996-2026. 30 years apart. Same place, same flag, same passion. Came for @scuderiaferrari , left rooting for @kimi.antonelli until the very last meter. What an incredible comeback 🏁 by @flowriiano
A few weeks in Flagstaff working on @diadora High Mileage Summer activation, supporting young runners coming from all over the US to put in the work before the next college season. And launching Corsa right there with them — our new energetic daily trainer, developed around how this generation trains and what they need from a shoe. 200 miles later, still running with kids while pretending I’m not twice their age 🪵🪵🪵 by @flowriiano
Two of the best training months I’ve ever had. My worst marathon performance ever. Another DNF. I failed but I’m not done yet. @diadora @squadradicorsa @runawaymilano.asd @deutschepostmarathonbonn @danilo.goffi by @flowriiano

🌺🩷 The first time you step out of the airport in Mexico City and jump into a taxi, Rosa Mexicano is already there 🩷🌺 On the streets, on the walls, in the flowers and in the energy of the city itself. Today that color becomes part of a @diadora Made in Italy running collection created together with @dromoruncrew Grateful to @odnis and the entire crew for the trust, the friendship and the chance to create something that goes beyond product and feels true to who we are. by @flowriiano
This summer, @diadora camped in the running mecca of Flagstaff, Arizona — where it matters, when it matters. For runners, summer is when preparation meets exploration, when the grind itself becomes the goal. High Mileage Summer is about stacking the work that will carry us into the season ahead. At 7,000 ft, with thin air, endless trails, and roads weaving through ponderosa pines, we found the perfect place to do just that. Over four weeks, we logged miles, shared stories, and built momentum together. From threshold sessions with college athletes to inspiring talks and late-night track watch parties, every moment reminded us why we do this — why we run. And we’re not done yet — camp continues until August 15th, always in partnership with Run Flagstaff store. Flagstaff gave us something special, and we’re bringing that energy back with us. by @flowriiano
