Cancer Update- Genetic test came back negative, as expected, which aids confirmation that it was from my environment. I grew up in a factory town, right by a pretty large industrial park. They have a saying in that town about cancer.. “It’s not if, it is about when- we all get cancer”

I have 2 confirmed biopsy diagnoses of a Stage 1 DCIS tumor, and a Stage 0 neoplasm on the other side. Thankfully, the tumor is small and it is relatively slow growing, at Grade 2. My lymph nodes looked fine, and Chemo is not recommended, thank God.

My surgery has ended up being scheduled further out than we originally thought, 2 days from now- April 9th.

The more I learn about the forever chemicals in each of our bodies from the moments every one of us is born…. and as this reality sinks in— I just want to talk to everyone about it.

It isn’t right, folks.

And if we are conscious agents in some precious and fleeting moments of these lives… what would we do about it?

My family, all of their families, so many of us often hours and hours of travel every day— to work in these “plants” that produce so many commercial items that touch our daily lives. These industrial parks often leaking into our environment. Chemicals that never ever leave our water circulation. Synthetic materials that are found even in the most remote parts of our planet. In every new born baby, and every penguin in Antarctica.

The veins of the Earth, also run through our bodies, through our veins. We are all connected more than we realize.

There are Oceans of tears to be shed for the waste of this land. I pray we’re waking up in time. ~

Hello to all my loved ones, I have been diagnosed with Breast Cancer at age 27. I wanted to jump on here, as I have been absent on these apps for a good long time. I am a little angry and scared, for good reason… but above all I am grateful. So deeply, deeply grateful for all the blessings I can see so clearly.

We will find out if it is at stage 2 or 3, MRI schedule is in the works. Surgery will be next week. I will be proud of my scars, as I have had to learn continually throughout my life. We couldn’t be more ready to take on this mountain.

I am at peace, and overflowing with love. I am brave, as I let myself feel all of my feelings.

I might figure out some way to reach out for extended support as the treatments progress, but for now I thank you all for your prayers and positivity.

I am sick of all of this pollution. This should not have happened.

Mind your mind~

We’ve been stepping back from the online stage, dreaming & creating, focusing on the real world, making new patterns, and learning every day.

We are being refined, preparing our best selves for the life we want to live.

Hayden has been logged out completely for some time, and I have changed my screen time settings here to only 3 days a week.

We keep each other’s screen-time passwords, helping hold ourselves accountable. 💜

I already don’t scroll in reels, and I seldom watch stories-
I could say I don’t need this strict screen-time limit, but in reality~ we all are being subjected to attention extraction.

Every hour we are exposed to the influence of propaganda, and might not realize it. Be very careful what you automatically identify with, even if it aligns with your bias, especially if it impacts you emotionally.

We’ve been very inspired, and I think being more intentional about how we spend our leisure makes a huge difference.

Rest is important, just don’t slip into a blackhole~

Louder for those in the back ✨ I am you, and we are everywhere. (I’ve been obsessed with this song)

When we say “we are all connected,” we’re not just speaking in metaphors.
We’re talking about a biological, emotional, and energetic truth.

We are this Earth; carbon based life forms, Ocean flowing through our veins,
Air, ebbing and flowing in our lungs.
Consciousness, fundamental to the Universe.

Connection is not a theory.
It’s the fabric we’re woven into.

Everything we do ripples.

The words we speak, the thoughts we feed, the way we look at a stranger on the street~ it all participates in the field we share.

Peace is not passive.
It is an active, daily choice~
to pause before reacting,
to breathe through overwhelm,
to ground yourself in truth before the noise pulls you in.

The world asks for our attention a thousand ways a day~
but not everything loud is important.
Not everything urgent is true.

Regulating our nervous systems isn’t avoidance.
It’s preparation.
It’s protection.
It’s how we stay aligned with what matters most.

Drink water. Touch the earth.
Turn off the feed when it starts to spin you.
Return to your breath, your body, your people.

@playthinkfest was something else entirely.
So thoughtfully held, so deeply human.
One of the most welcoming, empowering, and clear-hearted gatherings I’ve ever experienced.

Every space felt intentional—clean, inclusive, healing, and alive.
You could feel it in the way strangers helped each other, in the laughter of children, and in the late-night firelight woven with trust.

I wasn’t feeling my best by the end (caught a little cold after dancing barefoot in Friday’s rain), so this fire fan set for @joshteedmusic was my only solo burn on Saturday ❤️‍🔥 and having this video helps me to remember how special this circle, this community is.

Every atom in our body
was born in a star.

We are not separate from the cosmos~
we are the cosmos,
walking, breathing, recognizing.

Carried by the bloodlines of Earth,
we move through this life
for just a blink~
but what a miracle it is
to be aware while we’re here.

To feel beauty and ache in the same breath.
To create something from nothing.
To love as fiercely as we burn.

I don’t have all the answers,
but I know this much:

I am a flow artist. But more than that, I am a witness.

My work isn’t about performance—it’s about presence.

I move to remember the truth that God is not a distant force or a doctrine to follow. God is the very fabric of this moment. The breath behind your breath. The silence behind music. The heartbeat beneath all things.

Through movement, I try to reflect what’s already here: the sacredness of now. The divinity of being. The love that doesn’t need belief to be real.

My hope is that in watching, in feeling, in recognizing—you remember too.
