Every year I’m reminded that this business is about so much more than numbers. It’s about the people you meet, the relationships you build, the lives you impact, and the person this journey forces you to become.

Show up early. Stay curious. Do the work when nobody’s watching.
Be coachable before you’re confident.
Compete with who you were last month, not the person next to you.
Pick people up. That’s the whole culture.
And when it gets hard — and it will — don’t disappear. Ask.

That’s it. That’s the bar. It’s high, but it’s not complicated, and it’s the same for everybody who walks through the door.

Boca is open. The room is real. The door is too.
