Building my next class with me 🧘‍♀️
Vinyasa flow, 60 minutes: from a scribbled idea to a full sequence with music for every phase, in about 10 minutes.

Some of my training friends have just joined, and it already feels different with them in it. 🌿

Got a sequence you love? DM me “FLOW” and I’ll set you up 💛

Every teacher has a notebook like this. Show me yours 👇📓

Stick figures, arrows, timings scribbled out… this is where all my classes started.

Drop a photo of your planning notebook in the comments, or tell me how you plan your classes. I’m genuinely curious ✨

I did my yoga teacher training, and before that I spent years running finance and HR. Now I’m looking at the business side of teaching through both lenses, and I keep hearing the same things: the forgotten invoices, the studio that pays 6 weeks late, the cover arranged at 11pm, the tax return panic.

I want to understand how yoga, pilates, mindfulness and breathwork teachers really handle it, so I made a 5-minute anonymous survey. 🧘‍♀️

If you teach at more than one place, I especially want to hear from you. And please share it with a teacher friend 💛

This notebook is where all my classes started. 📓

Stick figures, arrows, timings scribbled out, and the flow I loved last week lost somewhere on page 12.

As a new teacher, one hour of class meant hours of prep. So I built Flowsync: one place to build your sequence, time it, match music to every phase, and save it to reuse or share.

It’s free, and I’m looking for teachers to shape it with me. DM me “FLOW” and I’ll set you up myself 🌿

I’m a newly qualified yoga teacher. And I quickly learned that one hour of class can mean hours of prep.

Sequences sketched in a notebook. Timings guessed. Music hunted down across five different playlists. And a flow I loved last week? Somewhere on page 12. 📓

Before yoga, I spent 5 years as a CFO. I know what good tools feel like, and how much time bad ones steal. And I couldn’t find one built for teachers like us.

So I built Flowsync: one place to plan your sequence, match your music, and keep your best work.

If you’re a new teacher too (or remember what that felt like), I’d love to build this with you. DM me “FLOW” 🌿

Build it once. Teach it forever. 🌿

This is what planning a class looks like for me now.

I build my sequence pose by pose, the timing adds up as I go, and I get music suggestions for every phase: warm up, build, peak, cool down, savasana.

Then I save it. Reuse it. Share it with a teacher friend in one link.

No more flipping through my notebook at 11pm looking for that one flow I loved. 📓

Flowsync is free while I build it with teachers. Want to try it? DM me “FLOW” and I’ll set you up myself 🙏

We built something for yoga teachers who are tired of starting from scratch every class. 🌿

FlowSync is a sequence builder with AI music suggestions and a library where you save and share your best work with other teachers.

We’re looking for teachers to help us shape it and it’s completely free.
