As a dedicated yoga teacher, my philosophy centers around compassion, mindfulness, and inclusivity. With a background rooted in music and dance, I try to bring a unique rhythm and melody to my classes, creating a harmonious blend of sound and movement. Through yoga, I aim to empower others to discover their inner strength and cultivate a deeper connection to themselves and the rhythms of life. by @flowwithashleyevery
