Feet, ankles, or even your calves feeling stiff or crampy after a long efoil session? 👀

Here’s a tiny trick that can make a BIG difference:

Simply change the angle of your toes.

Gently rotate your feet or point your toes slightly in a different direction. It takes just a second, but it can quickly release those tired, stiff muscles.

It’s such a small and almost invisible adjustment — but trust us, it works.

For all the women who are still waiting for their life to finally “fall into place.”

The relationship.
The marriage.
The family.
The career.
The house.
The timeline everyone somehow agreed you should follow.

What if your life isn’t behind schedule?

What if it was never supposed to follow that plan in the first place?

I stopped waiting for things to happen the way they were “supposed to” happen.

I chose something different.
Something uncertain.
Something that was mine.

And somehow, it brought me here.

A life I couldn’t have planned, but wouldn’t trade for the world. 🌊

So maybe you don’t need to have everything figured out yet.
Maybe you just need to stop waiting for your life to begin.

Take the chance.

A day in my life on Koh Phangan 🌴

I woke up at 6:50 AM because we had a very early start — our first lesson was at 7:30.

We had three students, including an 11-year-old girl. Everything was going great… except for one tiny problem: she didn’t speak English, and I don’t speak Hebrew. 😅

Luckily, her dad helped us with the theory and translated everything for us.

But once we got into the water… it was just the two of us. No common language. 😂

We struggled a little, but she was such a talented and quick learner, and we had a lot of fun flying together.

After the lesson, I thought: “Okay, NOW I definitely need some food.”

But then my next student, Eugene, arrived.

So we had another lesson.

And after that I thought: “Okay… NOW I REALLY need lunch.”

Well… nope. 😂

I ended up spending another three hours in the water, teaching people how to fly.

I finally closed the school around sunset.

So, did I finally go for lunch?

Of course not.

It was already time to go play a padel tournament. 🎾

Two more hours of padel…

And that was my day.

So yeah, these are my pretty active weekdays on Koh Phangan.

I came back from Turkey with a suitcase full of beautiful memories… 🇹🇷

Sunrises and sunsets over the sea.
Yacht days.
Long dinners in amazing restaurants.
And way too much delicious food. 😂

And apparently… 5 extra kilos.

So, I’m back home, back to training and getting ready for my next efoil racing season.

Dubai is coming. 🇦🇪

77 kg → 72 kg

Let’s see if I can lose 5 kg and get competition-ready again.

If you’re planning a yacht trip around Turkey, make sure you choose a yacht that has an efoil on board. Trust me — you’ll thank me later. 😉

The water here is absolutely incredible. Every bay is more beautiful than the last, and exploring them on an efoil makes the whole experience completely different.
