a bit about me & my yoga journey✨

at a young age, my mother taught me the practices of meditation, manifestation, & breath work- little did i know that this would form the center of my being. as a child, i attended a school that celebrated art, language, and maintaining our connection to earth/source through living sustainably. flash forward, i enrolled at loyola marymount university to purse environmental studies and peace & justice studies. during this time, i studied a variety of eastern philosophies, including yoga, and felt a call to pursue this path- not separate from my environmental effort- but part of it. through yoga, we realize our true nature- connected within (body, breathe, spirit) and beyond (to one another, to our shared planet). join me on my journey to find peace for planet & people through the philosophy and practice of yoga🕉️ by @flowwithrayne
