HAPPY INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY 🤍
A love letter to yoga:
Yoga has given me a doorway back to myself. When the world feels loud, I step onto my mat and remember that home has always been within me.
To me, yoga isn’t about mastering poses. It’s about cultivating a relationship with yourself, exactly as you are, in this moment. No matter what your body looks like or what it can or can’t do, yoga is for everybody. Every yoga practice looks different bc it is a reflection of our experiences as individuals.
So grateful for this practice, for helping me move my body, quiet my mind, and find peace wherever I am.
