Fricken LOL at me thinking hooping pregnant wasn't going to be that different 😅 that and having about 7 months completely away from my hoops I am definitely having to find my groove again. Next one will be bigger (literally) and better 🥰 by @flowy.zoe3

I got the random urge to hoop the other night which hasn't happened in suuuuuuuch a long time. Like actually being so so keen to hoop! I wasn't going to video cause I was just in such a good flow! But I decided to record after about an hour of hooping and i am soooo buggered and hot and sweaty at this point... and of course it took me out of the flow! But I'm just over the moon that my feeling of the deepest love for this art is starting to creep back a little! You can see I just can't stop smiling in this video 😅 yay by @flowy.zoe3

A couple of weeks ago I had my first flow in looooonnnggg time. I didn't want to film because I was so rusty, but fuck it... Just being real. The following day I had a big flow session with my flowies and now I'm feeling more inspired than I have in a long long time. Hoping my next video is a lot better than this one ~ but enjoy my clumsy fumbles at the end 😅🥰
And here's to having amazing flowies that keep you playful and inspired ✨🌀🍥 by @flowy.zoe3

Veryyyyy rusty spin today 🧡🐈 but had suuuch a good time. I've been out of the flow state for what feels like forever... A good few years though. I'm ready to jump back on the train so if any flowmies have some tips on how, I'm all ears. 👂 by @flowy.zoe3

Had suuuuuch a good time performing at @initiationfestival over the weekend. What an honour to perform along side one of my best friends @jax_firebendrix and to have so many of our tribe in the crowd cheering us on! Also fucking bless my dear friend @jax.musix for her killer set! Fricken stoked to have finished our performance on your delicious vibrations that you put into the world. You're unreal!

What magical womben sharing their art with this part of the world and what a privilege it is to experience it. Love you girls!!! by @flowy.zoe3

Lately, I've been working my absolute booty off, fricken 7 days a week. Finding the time to try and do some fire is both bitter sweet. Feeling so drained and exhausted having no energy and definitely not in a flow... Yet knowing how much clarity it gives me and how fricken good it feels. 🌀 Very much looking forward to my little break coming up 🥰🥰🥰 by @flowy.zoe3
