On Oct 7, 2023, Hamas & other armed groups, joined by hundreds of Gazan civilians, massacred ~1,200 people in Israel (mostly civilians, including kids & foreign nationals from dozens of countries).
They went house-to-house in kibbutzim, slaughtered festival-goers at Nova, burned families alive, raped & mutilated victims, executed the wounded, looted homes, and dragged 251 hostages (incl. babies & elderly) into Gaza for torture.
Documented war crimes & crimes against humanity by HRW, Amnesty & the UN.

Oct 7 was pure Hamas ideology in action.
Their 1988 Charter (still not revoked) quotes the Hadith: “The Day of Judgment will not come until Muslims fight the Jews… the stones and trees will say ‘O Muslim, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him.’” It openly calls for Israel’s obliteration.
The 2017 “new” document softened the language for PR but never replaced the original charter. Leaders confirmed the 1988 text still stands.
Oct 7 wasn’t resistance. It was the charter lived out.

Genocide (UN Convention) requires specific intent to destroy a group “as such” — not high civilian deaths in urban combat against a terrorist army that hides among civilians. Scale & intent differ sharply from deliberate extermination.

Combatants are legitimate targets.
Human shields are illegal — but their presence does not make a valid military target immune.
Hospitals, schools & civilian buildings lose protection if used for weapons caches, fighters, command posts etc., though warnings & proportionality still apply.

#missile #iran #school #girlsschool Even if the evidence of Tomahawk missile parts were left where they were instead of staged on a table, the “school” was next to the military base if used to be a part of and the base that was getting hit by tomahawks so wether it was a targeting error, damage from defense systems, or jammed and interfered with in general there were plenty of tomahawk debris nearby in the military site that was struck by tomahawks and these parts could have been moved to the school for false evidence propaganda post impact. Regardless of what evidence is lost in the fog of war much military equipment is stored in schools and mosques making them valid military targets especially if threat is imminent and steps were taken to minimize civilian casualties. by @fluffinmcpuffin
