Happy Civic Holiday, BC… But it’s hard to feel festive while many parts of the province is burning. Surreal and terrifying. Everyone stay safe out there. 💛 Good morning/afternoon/day/night/whatever! I’m plodding around this morning in a warm cozy sweatshirt on this deliciously cool Thursday morning before this weekend’s heatwave hits. Gonna be complete bedlam in Vancouver with the World Cup going on… No, I am not attending. Staying away from the hullabaloo of the city in my quiet little beach town. Nature, fresh air, the ocean, Metal music, a cute yearling deer named ‘Vinnie Bambino’, a fuzzy little bear named ‘Bruno’, and squirrel named ‘LeRoy Diamante’ will keep me company, as will my handsome huzz ‘Fox.’ And any miscellaneous friendos. Hiyeeeee! 👋 Yup, still kicking around. 🤘😜 My phone showed me this today. I don’t even remember taking it! (But I must’ve because my head is cut off as usual.) NGL it left me craving carefree summer vibes... The world is anything but right now. ❤️‍🩹 But we’ll get there again... Btw, Happy New Year and all that jazz. Keeping my circles small from now on for those who let me feel free to be me and allow me to express myself freely without worry of being misunderstood, judged, disliked and excluded for stupid reasons (like politics etc). 👋Hi! How’s your summer? Mine has been fantastic! Worked wayyyy less hard than the previous few summers. The freedom has been off the charts renewing and awesome actually. I’ve re-learned how to relax! 😎 I don’t take a lot of pics anymore, but here’s a mini photo dump of the past couple weeks... First pic is today. Hiyeeeee!!!! 👋😁 The doe is “Baby Doll.” She keeps coming around. Ah-dorable! The rest are sights of my yard, and the peach drink is the occasional naughty lil something-something.
