A little appreciation post for yoga and all the beautiful connections it has brought into my life across Australia, America, and now Ireland 🤍

I’m so grateful to everyone who has trusted me to guide them in their practice over the years. Whether it’s been through movement, breath, stillness, or simply sharing space together, each class and each connection has meant so much to me.

Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your journey.

Happy International Yoga Day ✨🧘‍♀️🤍

〰️ Fluid Flow 〰️
Closing out a stale chapter and stepping into something new.

“Fluid Flow” reflects the way we move through life—through experiences, connections, endings, and new beginnings. Like the ocean, we’re always shifting, always flowing.

I admit I drifted from my practice over the past while, but yoga continues to ground me as I find my way back to what I love - teaching 🫶

Excited to share practice again with familiar and new faces 🌊
