With a background in contemporary dance, David brings a unique focus on movement, body awareness and the mind-body connection. His passion for Ashtanga and Rocket Yoga inspires students to explore, grow and transform through their practice.

We practice left and right to create balance in the body but that doesn’t mean both sides will feel the same. 👀
One side might feel stronger, tighter or more stable than the other. And noticing those differences is part of the practice. ✨
