What a wonderful time I’ve had in Reykjavík playing with @icelandsymphony 😍 but apart from the beautiful orchestral experience performing “Petroushka” as principal flute, Elgar’s Cello Concerto with @yoyoma and @hildur_gudnadottir’s beautiful piece, I wanna mention how everyone was so polite, open, friendly and caring in this country. Although it’s full of tourists, every waiter, cashier, or even the locals buying groceries were extremely nice to me 🤍 And let’s not forget about the wonders of the Southern Coast, I just visited a little part of this island at it left me absolutely speechless. I had the feeling I was in a different planet. Thank you to my tour guide @rosafjallkona for making the experience even better and for being so nice all the time!

I don’t want to write too much, but Iceland was truly an unforgettable experience (ok, true also that it was crazy windy and cold the whole time 🤣). The whole package of work, visiting, eating and exploring was a big gift. Takk fyrir, Ísland! 🤍🇮🇸
