stretched open in the palms
Of the all-mother
Reverent to the undulation of life
pulsing through
All things
Agape at the amanitas and alive at the width of your pelvis
Cocooned in the rosy hues of hawthorn that spreads her honey round my heart
Moved by the pulse threading under your skin - like river to ocean, beloved

I am made by all
Of this
Hands of life ever sculpting me
Thank god
Thank you
Unseen
Seen
Touching, sensing
Do you
Remember?
The altar of your self
Carved by water and blood and womb
Tended by dirt and milk and skin

Any knife turnt toward me

Blood that stains the hand of another
is but fertiliser unto my own earth

I am a tender thing
looking for soft folk
With strong spines
And clear eyes

Street smart,
Big heart
I’ve got a belly full of nettles
And will sting
