When you request a song that is slow and sensual to match the vibe of your earth goddess aesthetic and gorgeous @sorceressfirefingers (use my code “flutters” for a discount!) - and so the manager puts on “Many Men” by @50cent 🤷🏻‍♀️

(It took a lot of restraint to not do the face scrunch and shake some ahh)

Always a pleasure to perform at @toroscotsdl ⛳️🥂❤️‍🔥

I’ll be there tonight, as well! Sets at 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30

To embrace your inner flame means to fully accept and express the qualities that make you feel most alive, purposeful, and authentic.

The “flame” often symbolizes your inner energy, passion, courage, and sense of self.

Embracing your inner flame can look like:
❤️‍🔥Honoring what excites you. Paying attention to the interests, causes, or creative pursuits that energize you instead of dismissing them as impractical.
❤️‍🔥Living according to your values. Making choices that align with what truly matters to you, even when it’s uncomfortable or unpopular.
❤️‍🔥Trusting yourself. Developing confidence in your intuition and abilities rather than constantly seeking external approval.
❤️‍🔥Showing up authentically. Letting others see who you really are instead of hiding parts of yourself to fit expectations.
❤️‍🔥Using challenges as fuel. Viewing setbacks as opportunities to grow instead of reasons to give up.

The phrase also carries the idea of balance. A healthy flame gives warmth and light—it isn’t about constant intensity or relentless ambition. Embracing your inner flame doesn’t mean pushing yourself until you burn out. It means tending to what gives your life meaning while protecting your energy.

A question that often helps people explore this idea is:

What activities, people, or moments make me feel more like myself—not because I’m impressing anyone else, but because I feel genuinely alive?

Your answers to that question are often clues to what your “inner flame” represents.

I, personally, feel most myself when I am in flow - through mindful movement, art creation, time with our natural world and in scintillating conversations.
