Friends come and go, but somehow we always stay on the same page, tuned into a higher frequency together. Even when one of us grows faster, we always catch up to each other.

I almost forgot who I was.

Depression has a way of slowly pulling you away from yourself, piece by piece. But somewhere along the way, I found something again.

Thailand is beautiful in ways I can’t fully put into words. The places, the energy, the feeling of being far from everything familiar. But the real beauty wasn’t just in where I went, it was in who I met.

These weren’t surface level connections or passing moments. These were real people who showed up, who listened, who shared, and who reminded me of what it feels like to be human again.

To everyone I met along the way, thank you. You didn’t just make this trip unforgettable. You helped me find myself again.
